Coaching Experience – Currently runs Worcester Tennis Academy’s performance programme as well as being joint Head Coach.

Nick Aylett - Head Coach of Worcester Tennis Academy

Playing Experience – Former Junior County Player, current senior county player

Coaching Experience – worked previously with a number of the Junior County Squads, now joint head coach at Worcester Tennis Academy

John Chidlow - Coach at Worcester Tennis Academy

JOHN CHIDLOW – (Club Coach)

Qualification – Development Coach Award

Playing Experience – Currently a regular Herefordshire and Worcestershire Division 1 player, both in Winter and Summer Leagues as well as being a former Junior County Player.

Coaching Experience – John is a full time member of Worcester Tennis Academy being the primary coach at Kempsey Tennis Club as well as delivering coaching at both Hallow and Worcester Lawn Tennis Clubs.

Vanessa Brown - Coach at Worcester Tennis Academy

VANESSA BROWN – (Club Coach)

Qualification – LTA I.C.A Qualified

Playing Experience – Former Welsh International at both Junior and Senior level. Former Senior Wales captain.

Coaching Experience – Worked previously at the Hong Kong Tennis Academy as well as a Tennis Development Officer in North Wales.

Phil Walton - Coach at Worcester Tennis Academy

PHIL WALTON – (Club Coach)

Qualification – LTA Level 1

Playing Experience – Currently a regular Herefordshire and Worcestershire Division 1 player, both in Winter and Summer Leagues.

Coaching Experience – Phil is a full time member of Worcester Tennis Academy being the primary coach at both Hallow and Boughton Park Tennis Clubs.

Nathalie Lea - Coach at Worcester Tennis Academy

NATHALIE LEA – (Schools Outreach Coordinator)

Qualification – LTA Level 1 Coaching Award

Playing Experience – Current Worcester Lawn Tennis Club Ladies Team Captain

Coaching Experience – Currently runs Worcester Tennis Academy’s Schools Outreach programme in addition to specialising in working with pre-school age juniors.

Mike Crooks - Coach at Worcester Tennis Academy

Mike Crooks – (Performance Coach)

Qualification – LTA Club Coach Award

Playing Experience – Former Touring Tennis Professional, Junior National Player and current Herefordshire and Worcestershire County Senior Team member.

Coaching Experience – Currently works with Worcester Tennis Academy’s performance Juniors, drawing on his experience as a Tennis Professional and 4 years in the USA on a University Tennis Scholarship.
