Junior Courses
We have junior coaching courses for 4 year olds up to 18 year olds commencing the week beginning 18th January on the following days at the venues listed:

- Tuesdays – Worcester
- Wednesdays – Hallow
- Thursdays – Hallow
- Fridays – Worcester
- Saturdays – Kempsey
Adult Courses
We have adult coaching courses to cater for ALL ages and ALL abilities commencing the week beginning 18th January on the following days at the venues listed:
